Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and manage a customer base for copper rods across the wire, cable, electrical, automotive, and allied industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer acquisition and account management.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.

Order Management

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Track order status, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and maintain sales documentation.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product and business growth.
• Support the development of sales strategies and business expansion initiatives.

Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer database, and sales pipeline.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
