Sales Manager

RVM CAD is a fast-growing industrial skill development company training students in CNC, VMC, CAD Design, Industrial Automation, Robotics, and Manufacturing trades. We are expanding nationally and looking for a strong sales leader to build and scale our revenue engine.

Role Overview:

This is a leadership role responsible for managing inside sales, improving conversion systems, and driving B2B institutional growth across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, monitor, and improve performance of admission counselors/callers.
• Build scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and closing systems.
• Manage CRM pipeline (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot preferred).
• Track funnel metrics: Lead Demo Admission Payment.
• Improve conversion ratios and cost per admission.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Develop B2B partnerships with universities, colleges, and corporate clients Support website and digital lead funnel optimization

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of sales experience Minimum 3 years managing inside sales/admission teams Background in EdTech, Skill Development, Education, or high-volume sales preferred Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics Target-driven, numbers-focused, and strong team leader

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
