Sales Manager – Naya World Kitchen

Location: BirminghamSalary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Naya World Kitchen is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to generate new business across our restaurant, private dining suites, corporate events and wedding venue.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales and securing bookings for private dining experiences, corporate lunches and dinners, celebrations, bespoke events, group bookings and weddings.

This is a hands-on, creative sales role. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop campaigns, social media content and sales funnels, while working directly with our chefs to create bespoke menus and unique private dining experiences for clients.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, venue or corporate sales
• A proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable developing new business
• Someone excited about creating and selling memorable experiences

This is an opportunity to play a major role in growing the events and corporate side of Naya World Kitchen and our wider hospitality venues.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
