Sales Manager

Roles & Key Result Areas and Major Supporting Actions:

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target.
• Analyze sales performance, monitor sales team momentum.
• Ensure overall sales performance achieve in according to Annual Management Plan (AMP).
• Provide excellent customer service, initiate customer care activities consistently.
• Responsible on stock movement, availability, ordering and reporting.
• Control expenses and manage budget of Sales department.
• Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

• Dedicated role in Juru.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Business Studies.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 2 years at managerial level in the related field.
• Preferably managers specializing in sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Preferably have digital knowledge in social media marketing.
• Committed towards quality and total customer satisfaction with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill in English.
