Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To attend all walk-in enquiries at the site/office
• Responsible for all the sales activities for the Senior Living project
• Pitching of Senior Living projects to the potential clients & showing them the Site
• Converting all enquires to clients
• Following-up with enquiries
• Taking bookings at site
• Attending property exhibitions, conferences and corporate meetings
• To work towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall companys target.
• Actively pursues prospects and acquires new accounts.
• Contribution in producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
• Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients
• Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
• To attend monthly sales meetings

Preferred candidate profile

• Smart and Dynamic Sales person with minimum 2 to 3 yrs experience in Real estate Sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command over English language (spoken & written)
