Leading orthopedic medical device company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its Biologics business in the Austin market. This is a strategic player-coach role responsible for driving sales, developing the sales strategy, and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue objectives

• Develop and execute the Biologics sales strategy

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team

• Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons and key accounts

• Provide hands-on field support, customer engagement, and sales coaching

• Identify new business opportunities and support continued market growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience

• Proven sales success and strong business development skills

• Leadership or team management experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel throughout the Austin market
