Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

· Engage with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, processes, and pain points, formulate account development plan and provide effective account management for ERP solutions;

· Achieve assigned sales targets that align with Company's objectives and directions;

· Maintain an accurate and strong sales pipeline;

· Prepare proposals and tender documents, for presentation to customers based on site review and analysis of requirements with customers, blueprints, specifications and tender documents;

· Work with project teams to conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive attitude to maintain a long-term service relationship;

· Other ad-hoc duties delivered from Team Director.

Requirements:

· University graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines

· At least 3 years' related industry working experience with at least 1 year of experiences on application software

· Excellent consultative selling skill and communication skill

· Have own customers basis and target driven is a MUST

· Customer-oriented, strategic mind-set with good project management know-how

· High proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

· Immediate available is highly preferred
