POSITION

Sales Manager

YOUR ROLE

Develop and execute effective sales strategies
Generate and convert new business leads
Build & maintain long-term client relationships
Lead client meetings, presentations & negotiations
Identify new market & business opportunities
Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Collaborate with creative & account teams for successful project execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field
✔ Proven experience in Sales / Business Development
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities
✔ Confident, proactive & results-oriented personality
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve targets
✔ Experience in an advertising, digital, media, or creative agency is a plus
