We 800Cars Auctions LLC, a leading automobile dealership located at Wafi Mall, Oud Metha, Dubai are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing automotive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Develop sales strategies to increase vehicle sales
• Handle customer negotiations and closing deals
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Manage leads and ensure proper customer follow-up
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive/used-car industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle sales and negotiation
• UAE market experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Available to join immediately is an advantage

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 + incentives/commission based on experience and performance
