Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to market and promote company solutions, including Data Center Engineering, Low-Voltage (ELV) Systems, CCTV/Surveillance, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Server Equipment.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, offering professional technical advice and integrated solution proposals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to manage bidding, cost estimation, project planning, and final customer acceptance.
• Assist in formulating and executing market expansion strategies for ICT (Information and Communications Technology) integration and smart environment construction.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in Electrical & Mechanical (M&E) engineering, ICT equipment, or Low-Voltage (ELV) integration is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure and corporate office environment solutions; highly motivated with a strong commitment to learning and customer service.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, pitching, and cross-departmental communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, highly responsible, adaptable to challenges, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and perform on-site project assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience in engineering project sales or government/public sector bidding processes.
• Proven track record in data center, enterprise low-voltage integration, or smart building projects.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus (e.g., Level B Technician Certificates in Electrical/Wiring, PMP certification).
