Sales Manager

Siri Live Fish & Frozen Foods is expanding its IMC Floating Fish Feed business across North India and is looking for experienced Area Sales Managers to develop new markets and establish a strong dealer and farmer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop IMC Floating Fish Feed sales in the assigned territory.
• Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors.
• Build strong relationships with fish farmers and channel partners.
• Visit major fish farming areas regularly and generate new business.
• Conduct product trials and convert potential farmers into regular customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and market-development targets.
• Monitor competitor brands, pricing and market activities.
• Follow up on orders, payments and dealer performance.
• Develop the assigned territory independently and report market activities to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Fish Feed / Aquaculture Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Good knowledge of IMC fish farming and floating fish feed market.
• Existing network of fish farmers, dealers or distributors is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with experience in new market development and dealer appointment will be preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and market network
