Job Title: Sales Admin

Location: Sardhana, Kankar Khera

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our two-wheeler sales team and drive showroom sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the Sales Team.
• Manage enquiries, leads, follow-ups, test rides and bookings.
• Improve lead-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion.
• Support the team in customer handling and sales closure.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and target reviews.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, PDI and Delivery teams.
• Handle key customer queries and complaints.
• Monitor CRM/DMS and maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
• Train and develop Sales Executives.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales.
• Previous team-handling experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of CRM/DMS and MS Excel.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 + Incentives
