Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Target commercial property owners, facility directors, and asset managers via outbound networking and industry events.
Site Assessments: Evaluate client premises to estimate workman force, material, and equipment requirements accurately.
Contract Negotiation: Pitch multi-year service contracts balancing competitive pricing with profitable margins.
4. Account Transition: Partner with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding once a contract is signed
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
