About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to manage and grow our sales operations. Candidates with experience in Electronics or Construction-related fields are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

* Manage and motivate the sales team.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.

* Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Management / Sales.

* Experience in Electronics, Construction, Distribution, or Manufacturing industries is preferred.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong customer relationship and team management skills.

* Target-oriented and proactive approach.

* Ability to handle sales operations independently.

* Willingness to travel for client and market visits when required.

What We Offer

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
