Sales Manager

Position Overview

The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of residential apartments for assigned projects. The role focuses on engaging prospective customers, conducting project presentations and site visits, converting prospects into bookings, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential project sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and a good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales and achieve assigned project bookings and closures.

* Handle and follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and other relevant channels.

* 6+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in project sales.

* Good understanding of residential project offerings, pricing, configurations, payment plans, and sales processes.

* Strong understanding of the Bengaluru residential real estate market.

* Proven track record of achieving sales and closure targets.

* Experience in handling direct customer leads and managing the complete sales process

* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.

* Good working knowledge of relevant CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
