Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, convert potential clients into projects, and drive revenue growth in the construction and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and close high-value sales enquiries for construction, architecture, interiors, and renovation projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
• Develop effective sales strategies to improve business growth.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth client handovers.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, preferably in construction, interiors, architecture, or related industries.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
