We are Hiring: Sales Executive (HVAC Industry)

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years’ experience to join a fast-growing company in the HVAC (Air Conditioning) industry. If you have a strong sales mindset and understand technical products, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales of air conditioning and HVAC solutions to corporate and retail clients
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
* Conduct site visits and provide tailored product recommendations
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and delivery
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
* 3–5 years’ experience in sales Hvac industry is compulsory
* Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
* Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
