Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the passenger vehicle sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
Monitor individual and team sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads into vehicle bookings and deliveries.
Monitor the complete sales process from enquiry and test drive to booking, finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, offers, and customer preferences.
