Sales Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales and revenue generation efforts at our prestigious hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality management, and a passion for selling. This role involves overseeing sales strategies and more. Multilingual abilities and extensive hotel sales experience are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel's market presence.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to drive bookings and group reservations.
• Oversee guest services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
• Lead and train sales staff and front desk personnel, fostering a positive team environment focused on hospitality excellence.
• Manage hotel revenue management strategies, including pricing, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize profitability.

Experience:

• Proven experience in hotel management and sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in South Florida.
• Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and guest relations.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly advantageous for engaging with diverse guests and sales clients.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in hospitality management roles involving outside sales, guest services, and hotel operations.
