About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales, memberships, partnerships and business growth for Sportified.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership and sales growth.
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates and institutions.
• Manage client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Drive sales for events, tournaments and sports programs.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel and work on-field.
• Experience in sports, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality or related industries will be an advantage.
