About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in juvenile products and FMCG to drive sales growth and expand our market presence across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with retailers, distributors, key accounts and trade partners.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities across the UAE.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop strong distribution and retail coverage for assigned brands.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, listings and commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and trade activities.
• Track sales performance, stock levels and collections.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and management reports.
• Work closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to support brand growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong experience in juvenile, baby products and/or FMCG.
• Good knowledge of the UAE retail and distribution market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Existing network with retailers and distributors is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
