Sales manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a dynamic Sales Manager responsible for driving sales performance, developing and executing focused sales plans, delivering sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, generating high-quality leads, preparing impactful sales reports, and maintaining effective communication with senior leadership

Key Responsibilities

· Drive business growth and meet sales targets.

· Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and establish a strong market presence in the assigned area.

· Understand customer needs and demonstrate the company’s products

· Build customer relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.

· Strengthen market position by identifying opportunities, developing requirements, negotiating effectively, and successfully closing sales.

Required Skill Set

· Proven track record of sales in any product or services

· Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

· Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
