Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to meet monthly targets in B2B IT hardware and infrastructure sales.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones through effective communication and negotiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic plans for corporate sales growth, including market research, competitor analysis, and product knowledge.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead high-performing teams, motivating them to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B IT hardware and infrastructure sales or a related field, such as laptop sales.
• Proven track record as an Assistant Sales Manager or Key Accounts Manager in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate sales principles, including account management best practices.
• Excellent team leadership skills to motivate and lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience in managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
