Sales Manager – 4x4 Automotive Industry

HJM Offroad | Randburg, Johannesburg

HJM Offroad is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our business in the 4x4 and automotive accessories industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking and customer follow-ups.
• Build relationships with retail customers, dealers, workshops and fleet clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Ensure excellent customer service and coordinate with administration and the fitment workshop.

Requirements:

• Previous sales management or supervisory experience.
• Some knowledge of the 4x4, automotive accessories or vehicle fitment industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Computer literacy and a valid driver's licence.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and passionate about sales and customer relationships.
