JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for aluminium formwork systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate developers, construction companies, and contractors.
• Identify upcoming high-rise residential and commercial construction projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and regular follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to meet client requirements.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Civil Engineering background is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in the aluminium formwork industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium formwork systems and construction projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
