*Job Description*

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers for the Direct Channel at Future Generali India Life Insurance.

The candidate will be responsible for generating life insurance business through direct customer acquisition, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Generate new business through direct customer acquisition and lead generation.

* Sell life insurance products to prospective and existing customers.

* Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

* Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

* Conduct meetings with customers and explain policy benefits, features and terms.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into business.

* Maintain regular contact with existing customers for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

* Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

*Candidate Profile*

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / BFSI / Direct Sales / Field Sales.

* Candidates with experience in direct channel sales will be preferred.

* Strong customer handling, communication and sales skills.

* Target-oriented and comfortable with field/customer meetings.

* Good relationship management and negotiation skills.
