*About the Role:*

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a background in *Gold Loan Sales* , a leading fintech company offering gold loan and digital gold services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Acquire new gold loan customers through field sales and doorstep services.
• Generate leads through existing customers and databases.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue.
• Visit customers within the assigned territory for loan disbursement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and process-related issues.

*Eligibility Criteria:*

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan Sales.
• Good sales and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area and meet customers at their doorsteps.
