Sales Manager

Job Summary

LA Boxing Gym is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to grow our membership base and increase monthly revenue.

This is a hands-on sales position focused on converting leads, walk-ins, trial guests, and prospective members into paying memberships. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in sales, consistent with follow-up, and comfortable being accountable for measurable results.

Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based sales incentives for membership sales.

Duties

• Convert walk-ins, trial guests, phone inquiries, and online leads into memberships
• Consistently follow up with prospective members by phone, text, and email
• Conduct gym tours and clearly explain membership options
• Meet monthly membership sales goals
• Build relationships with prospective and current members
• Follow up with new members to support member retention
• Identify local outreach opportunities and generate new leads
• Develop and propose sales and promotional ideas to increase memberships
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and member communications
• Assist with front desk and daily gym operations as needed
• Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, sales activity, and results

Experience

• Previous sales experience required
• Membership sales, fitness sales, gym sales, or other results-driven sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and actively pursuing leads
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and accountable
• Management or supervisory experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
