Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for BTL activations and corporate events.
• Acquire new clients for BTL, corporate activations, RWA, mall and society activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitches and commercial plans.
• Handle client negotiations and ensure successful revenue closures.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience strictly in BTL / Activation Agency Sales.
• Strong experience in client acquisition and business development.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in closing BTL activation projects.
