Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow sales for our kitchen sinks, faucets, bathroom fittings, and sanitaryware. The candidate will develop customer and dealer relationships, manage sales enquiries, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, architects, and contractors.
• Handle customer enquiries, share quotations, and follow up to close sales.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and guide the sales team.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for order fulfilment and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in kitchen products, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, hardware, or building materials is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to develop dealer networks and meet sales targets.
• Working knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development when required.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
