Elite Body Home Polyclinic – Dubai

Elite Body Home Polyclinic is looking for a confident, energetic and results-driven Wellness Counsellor to manage prospective clients from the first phone call through consultation and treatment booking.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales and consultation skills, with the ability to understand client concerns, recommend suitable clinic services, and convert consultations into treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Call new and existing leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Understand the client’s main concerns, goals and treatment interests
• Invite qualified leads to the clinic for a consultation
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked
• Conduct in-clinic wellness and aesthetic consultations
• Explain suitable treatment options, packages, pricing and available offers
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other clinical staff where medical assessment is required
• Recommend appropriate treatment plans based on the client’s needs and the clinic’s approved services
• Convert consultations into confirmed treatment bookings and package sales
• Follow up with clients after consultations to close pending opportunities
• Re-engage previous clients and inactive leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls, consultations, follow-ups and sales activity in the CRM
• Achieve assigned appointment, consultation and sales targets
• Provide a professional, welcoming and high-quality client experience
• Maintain confidentiality and follow clinic policies and applicable healthcare requirements.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• UAE: 1 year (Required)
• Clinic Sales: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
