Job Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
● Develop sales plans and strategies for assigned territory
● Monitor team performance, daily activities, customer coverage and order booking
● Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities
● Drive market expansion and ensure strong product presence in the territory
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners
● Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
● Conduct regular field visits with the team and provide guidance and support
● Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and promotional activities
● Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts and market feedback with management
● Take corrective actions where targets or team performance are below expectations

Requirements:

● 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Pharma/Nutra/Healthcare
● Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team
● Strong target-oriented and analytical approach
● Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
● Strong understanding of market development and territory management
● Willingness to travel and work in the field
