Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1、Responsible for overall customer relationship maintenance and satisfaction with the client. Maintaining a harmonious relationship and visiting the client, if needed.

2、Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for the department including Account Planning, Customer landscape, Financial information, Opportunity and Account Goals (sales & marketing action plan).

3、Create plans and programs based on the ROI driven business models that define Sales and KPIs target for each Key Account.

4、Prepares and analyzes performance tools and reports, including data analysis to monitor and improve the project’s performance.

5、Reviews and interprets operational data to assess the need for procedural revisions and enhancements; participates in designing and implementing specific systems to enhance revenue and operating efficiency.

6、Analyzes contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness; submits the billings to the client promptly and follows up on any issues.

7、Review and manage the inventory and sales out tracking and management.

Job Requirement

1. At least 5 years of sales experience in communications industry, experience in channel sales or project sales is preferred.

2. Good communication skills.

3. Bachelor degree or above.

4.Able to communicate in English (required).

5. Can adapt to frequent business trips in Thailand.
