Requirements

* Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a similar role.

* Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and consistently achieve targets.

* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.

* Experience with sales reporting, CRM tools, and performance tracking.

* Ability to develop sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.

* Experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, or consumer products is an advantage.

* Ability to manage a fully remote team and maintain accountability.

Compensation

* Base Salary: ₦250,000 monthly.

* Additional Earnings: Sales commissions and performance-based bonuses.
