Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales performance, manage client relationships, and lead the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and individual performance.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for Management.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related commercial function.
• Real estate experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
