Sales Manager

Overall salary (basic + allowance): RM 3000 - RM 6000 per month

Working hours: Monday-Friday(8:15 am-6:00 pm)

Requirements:

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess good communication skill, professional selling skill, presentation skills & leadership skills.
• Possess own transport, able to travel within Melaka and JB
• Can understand Mandarin, English & Malay.

Responsibility

• Implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
• Prepare reporting as needed.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
