Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to promote and sell medical devices, including electrosurgical units (cautery machines) and pathology/diagnostic equipment. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic laboratories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, and hospital purchase teams.
• Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Conduct regular field visits across Maharashtra.
• Follow up with customers, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry.
• Experience selling surgical equipment, electrosurgical units, or laboratory equipment preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
• A degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, B.Sc., or Pharmacy is preferred.
