Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business through various channels (C2H, DSA, Affordable Housing Finance).
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in home loans or related fields such as housing loan or LAP (Loan Against Property).
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Tech in Computers).
• Strong understanding of affordable housing finance products and services offered by banks/NBFCs.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including customers, colleagues, partners.
