Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, secure new clients, and increase revenue from the company's security services.

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

· Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

· Meet potential clients to understand their security service requirements.

· Oversee quotations, proposals, negotiations, and contract follow-ups.

· Monitor sales performance, revenue, and progress towards targets.

· Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

· Analyse market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

· Coordinate with Operations to ensure proposed services meet client requirements.

· Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in sales, preferably with team management experience.

· Experience in security services, facility management, or manpower services is an advantage.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Good business planning and problem-solving abilities.

· Able to manage a team and achieve sales targets.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting.

· Possess a driving licence and own transport is preferred.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
