Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee sales and market management of BESS, PV inverters and related energy storage products within the Malaysia market, including developing localized sales strategies and delivering agreed sales targets.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with local customers, EPC partners and system integrators; engage and negotiate with target clients to secure commercial orders, and ensure timely collection of payments.
3. Analyze customer requirements, monitor Malaysia energy storage market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and consolidate market and client feedback to support internal business decision-making.
4. Coordinate with internal technical, delivery and after-sales teams to deliver end-to-end customer support and guarantee smooth project execution.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in renewable energy or power electronics.
2. Proficiency in English for professional use.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; responsive to customer feedback and able to address client needs promptly.
4. Familiar with the local business landscape and industry clientele, adaptable to cross-cultural communication.
