Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team
• Help customers find the right vehicle and financing solutions
• Monitor sales performance and achieve dealership goals
• Train and coach sales staff to maximize success
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
• Work closely with finance and management teams
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, promotions, and market trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
