Job Description Summary

TrueAds Pvt Ltd, a printing and advertising agency based in Thiruvalla, Kerala, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, building strong client relationships, promoting our printing, advertising, designing, signage and marketing services, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and businesses.
• Promote the company's printing, advertising, designing and signage services.
• Monitor sales performance, leads, conversions and revenue.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with design, production and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development or sales management.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
• Good knowledge of customer relationship management and sales planning.
• Ability to manage a team and develop new client accounts.
• Experience in printing, advertising, media or marketing will be an advantage.
