Compensation

$65,000 base salary + monthly new member bonus + monthly revenue growth bonus (up to 2% of center revenue) + 5% commission on every package and product you sell. Top performers can earn up to $95K to $120K+.

This Is a Sales Role. Period.

We are not hiring an operator. Our General Manager runs the building. You run the revenue.

Serotonin Orlando is an independently owned and operated franchise of Serotonin Centers, a cash-pay longevity and anti-aging brand offering hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapy, aesthetics, and advanced recovery technology. Our guests come in wanting to look better, feel better, and live longer. Your job is to turn that first consultation into a long-term membership and a personalized longevity plan.

What You Will Own

1. Community Outreach (your #1 lead source)

• Generate 160+ community outreach leads every month
• Open doors with gyms, salons, physicians, employers, apartment communities, and local businesses, and turn them into active referral partners
• Host and work 4+ in-center and out-of-center events per month that produce booked consults, not just foot traffic
• Log every partner, event, and lead with its result so each outreach hour ties to revenue

2. Consultations and Closing

• Run guest consultations and convert them into memberships and treatment packages
• Convert SeroVitals 360 lab panel guests into medical memberships within 30 days
• Handle objections on price, time, and commitment with confidence and integrity
• Follow up on every open consult until it closes or is formally lost

3. Membership Growth

• Drive new member enrollment every month
• Convert one-time aesthetics and service clients into recurring members
• Ascend existing members into higher-value plans and packages
• Build a member referral engine: ask every new member for referrals

4. Pipeline and Follow-Up

• Respond to every new lead within 5 minutes
• Work every lead in GHL CRM with a structured call, text, and email cadence
• Reactivate past guests and lapsed members
• Keep Zenoti and CRM records 100% accurate so every sale is tracked

5. Front Desk as a Sales Team

• Coach front desk staff on booking, show rate, and handoff to consultation
• Raise phone call quality to the Serotonin C.A.R.E.S. standard on every new-guest call
• Lead sales huddles focused on daily targets and yesterday's results

You Are a Fit If You Have

• 2+ years of quota-carrying, commission-based sales experience (fitness memberships, med spa, aesthetics, auto, timeshare, cosmetic or elective healthcare, high-end retail, or similar)
• A track record you can prove with numbers: close rate, revenue, ranking
• Experience selling high-ticket services ($1,000+) face to face
• Comfort talking about health, body, and aging with empathy and confidence
• Experience coaching others to sell (a strong plus)
• CRM discipline (GHL, Zenoti, or similar)

• You prefer managing schedules and inventory over closing deals
