NOW HIRING: Roofing Sales Manager – True Shield Roofing (Monroeville, AL)

Based in Monroeville, AL and serving Southwest Alabama.

True Shield Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a proven leader to run and build our sales team.

Pay

• $50,000 base salary
• 3% commission on total revenue
• The more the team sells, the more you earn. No cap.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and hold a team of roofing sales reps accountable
• Run sales meetings, set targets, and track performance daily
• Recruit and onboard new reps
• Ride along on inspections and help close high-value jobs
• Work closely with production so every job runs from contract to completion
• Guide reps through retail and insurance claims, including ACV vs. RCV and supplements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of roofing or home improvement sales experience (management experience preferred)
• A track record of hitting and beating numbers
• Strong knowledge of the insurance claims process
• A leader who coaches and doesn’t just manage
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
