Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to manage end-to-end sales and commercial leasing for our co-working spaces in Gurgaon. The role involves client acquisition, leasing of office spaces, and identifying new commercial properties for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
• Drive leasing of co-working and managed office spaces to startups, SMEs, and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property owners
• Identify and acquire commercial properties suitable for co-working expansion
• Conduct site visits and provide workspace solutions as per client needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client handovers
• Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, co-working, or flexible workspace sales
• Proven experience in client acquisition and commercial leasing
• Good knowledge of the Mumbai and surrounding commercial markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
