Sales Manager - Consumer & Industrial (Masterbatch Segment)

Role & responsibilities

* Lead the sales team for *Masterbatches, Colors & Black* products across Consumer and Industrial segments.

* Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across the Indian Subcontinent.

* Develop and execute sales strategies and pricing policies for assigned products/market segments.

* Build and strengthen customer relationships at both commercial and technical levels.

* Manage key regional/global accounts and coordinate with teams across regions.

* Drive sales growth, volumes, market share and margins.

* Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to improve performance and team effectiveness.

* Work closely with Customer Service and internal stakeholders to ensure effective customer support and order-to-cash execution.

* Identify new business opportunities and work towards preferred-supplier positioning with key customers.

Preferred candidate profile

* 10+ years of *Masterbatch Sales & Team Management* experience.

* Experience across *Plastics, Packaging and Plastic Processing* industries.

* Strong understanding of product/application technology and value-in-use concepts.

* Strong customer relationship, negotiation and business development skills.

* Experience handling key accounts and working in a matrix environment.

* Willingness to travel.
