Functional Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, train, and guide Officers/Sr. Officers/AM Sales to achieve budgets and incentives.
2. Deliver quality liability accounts to build a healthy retail book.
3. Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, stay updated on market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design, and implement regulatory requirements as per norms.
