Sales Manager - Data Centers Server Team

ASBIS Middle East is hiring Sales Manager - Data Centers Server Team , who will be responsible for generating demand, managing customer relationships, and driving the sale of server infrastructure and data center solutions. This role requires strong technical acumen, sales skills, and a deep understanding of customer IT environments to recommend appropriate server-based solutions and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell server and data center infrastructure solutions to enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to proposal development, pricing, and deal closure.
• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging server technologies (e.g., Gigabyte, Lenovo, Supermicro).
• Provide consultative selling support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Work with technical presale to prepare customer presentations, proposals, and configurations.
• Conduct product demonstrations where necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and ecosystem partners to ensure competitive offerings and accurate product positioning.
• Support channel partners in driving server-based opportunities.
• Stay informed about new server technologies, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer needs and market gaps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a focus on servers, data center hardware, or infrastructure solutions.
• Familiarity with data center environments, virtualization, storage, and enterprise compute solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of server platforms.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English
