About the role
Participated in an intensive 18-month development program in the Sales & Marketing Division, combining structured coursework and on-the-job training.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, review, and analyze daily sales performance data
- Support decision-making by sharing relevant market insights, sales pipeline analysis, and observations with leaders and colleagues
- Initiate new sales strategies and ideas, and lead a cohesive, high performing sales team
About you
- Bachelor / Master Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Max. 2 years of experience in Multifinance / Banking / Sales Industries (plus point)
- Agile, strong execution, adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and communication abilities
- Strong interest in Sales & Marketing field
- Willing to undergo an 18-month service bond
- Willing to be placed at any CNAF branch across Indonesia
