SALES MANAGER (DMAX)

About the role

Rhino Motors Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (DMAX) to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position based in Kuching, Sarawak, where you will take ownership of sales strategy, team performance, and customer relationships for our DMAX vehicle line.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for DMAX vehicles
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and business partners to support long-term revenue generation
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation through to customer closing and after-sales support
• Implement effective sales techniques and best practices across the team to maximise conversion rates

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive sales management or a similar sales management role

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing sales teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members

• Proficiency in sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office applications

• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving ambitious goals

• Fluency in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
